Corporate Secretary Magazine Think Tanks are free, invitation-only for a select group of senior-level corporate secretaries and in-house counsel.
Format
Participant-driven and highly focused our Think Tanks embrace an interactive format where you and your peers engage in heated debate over timely topics. Three to four industry leaders will introduce the topic before participants break out in small roundtable groups. Each session concludes with a room-wide discussion of the issues at hand. Switching tables at the start of each session ensures maximum interaction and networking opportunities with all participants.
Our Think Tanks provide senior corporate secretaries and in-house counsel a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and address the most pressing issues affecting them. Previous Think Tank topics include: executive compensation, the changing role and priorities of the corporate secretary, proxies and broker over-voting, managing your time and attorney-client privilege.
