Patrick Lindqvist appointed to the position of business development director, Nordic region, at IR magazine

London, July 2, 2009 – Cross Border Ltd, the publisher of IR magazine, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Lindqvist to the position of business development director for the Nordic region. In this role, Patrick will work closely with David Sweet and Cross Border staff to develop the Nordic market.

One of the first projects Patrick will work on is the exciting launch of the first ever IR Magazine Nordic Think Tank. The event will be held in Stockholm in October in conjunction with the annual IR Magazine Nordic Awards. The think tank will bring together top-level IR professionals from the region to discuss topical issues affecting the industry with their peers.

The event is in the same format as the recent highly successful IR Magazine Euro Leaders Think Tank, held in London in June, where 90 percent of participants said they would recommend IR Magazine Think Tanks to a colleague or peer.
 
Patrick has worked for 10 years in the IR industry, and was previously Hugin's business manager for Sweden, Finland and the Baltics, where he grew what was a small business into a market leader.
