With the new year, Corporate Secretary magazine has changed the name of our Awards to the Corporate Governance Awards so we reach an even broader governance audience and encourage participation from all corporate governance professionals.

Last year over 300 professionals from across the country shared in the celebration of the Corporate Secretary Magazine Awards where we honored outstanding achievements of Corporate Secretaries, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers.
