Who can enter?
Entries are accepted from in-house departments and the individuals who work within them. We also encourage agencies to enter on behalf of their clients and, while the accolades go to the in-house corporate communications people, we make sure any agency involvement is recognised at the event and in associated print.
All work entered must have been carried out in the UK. If an entry involves overseas work it must have been initiated, coordinated and evaluated by a UK office.
Qualifying time
Strategies or schemes that were running at any time between August 2007 and July 2008 are eligible for entry.
Please note, however, that to facilitate effective judging we need to have clearly defined project results within the submission, so schemes launched shortly before the deadline may not be suitable.
Websites, annual reports and any other documentary submissions must relate to the period from August 2007 to July 2008.
Copyright and confidentiality
Information provided within your entry may be used in issues of CorpComms and during the awards ceremony.
Copyright clearance should be secured. Please ensure you have obtained permission to feature materials from external suppliers where necessary.
Closing date
The deadline for entries is Friday, July 11. Entries received after this date will incur a late-entry charge. No entries will be accepted after Thursday, July 31.
1. Read the 2008 category details
The categories and entry process have been updated since 2007, so please review the latest information to ensure you are entering the most suitable category/ies.

You’ll need to complete one form per entry even if the same scheme is being entered for multiple categories. However, payment details need to be filled in only once for the combined total of all your entries.
