This year, IR magazine is pleased to announce an addition to our annual awards program. For the first time ever, we’ll be holding a Nordic Think Tank alongside the awards. The enhanced event will take place in late September in Stockholm.
Think tank
Our agenda-setting think tank format allows senior-level IR professionals to debate and discuss the challenges facing them today. The event is by invitation only and employs Chatham House rules, allowing IROs to speak freely among their peers without worrying about being quoted in the press.
The introduction of this format in the Nordic region follows successful events in the US - New York, Chicago and the West Coast - and in London and Toronto. Read more about the think tank format and feedback from previous attendees.
Awards
The IR Magazine Nordic Awards 2009 will take place at a luncheon ceremony immediately following the think tank. Based on the results of an independent survey of analysts and investors carried out by Mary Maude Research, the awards will once again reward the best and the brightest in Nordic IR. Full results of the survey will be published after the event in the IR magazine's Investor Perception Study, Nordic 2009/2010.
This development of our program reflects our continuing efforts to champion and celebrate best practice throughout the Nordic region.
