US Awards 2008 - Awards program

Essential insight into IR
Every year between November and January, we undertake a uniquely comprehensive survey of the state of investor relations. It creates benchmarks for best practice IR by identifying outstanding individuals and companies. Around 1,600 companies can take pride in securing the votes of the approximately 2,000 buy-side and sell-side professionals in our investor perception study*. The race to be included among the top 200 companies is intensely competitive. The verbatim comments about these top-rated names form a ‘must-do-at-least-as-well’ guide for every practitioner.

“Networking and fun all in one!”

“The event elevates the IR function and helps remind us of best practices” You can hear from the award winners how they did it. Imagine meeting someone nominated for being “responsive, knowledgeable, talented, detail-oriented, dedicated, enthusiastic and driven.”

The 2008 IR Awards dinner is an opportunity to network with your peers from other companies, entertain your colleagues and, above all, show your senior management that good IR is recognized – and rewarded.
