Investor Relations magazine is launched by Janet Dignan (editor) at The Economist Group.
1991
Launch of the first Investor Relations Magazine Awards in London.
1993
Dignan and Ian Richman (sales director) found Cross-Border to publish Investor Relations magazine.
1995
Richman opens the New York office on Wall Street to spearhead expansion in North America.
2002
Corporate Secretary magazine is launched to meet the needs of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) professionals in North America.
2003
Investor Relations magazine is renamed IR Magazine.
2004
IR Magazine's events portfolio expands to a global audience, with conferences and awards in China, Hong Kong/Taiwan, Ireland, Continental Europe, Brazil and South East Asia, as well as across the US, Canada and the UK.
2005
Corporate Secretary develops think tanks and webinars across North America.
2008
First annual Corporate Secretary Corporate Governance Awards are celebrated in New York City.
2010
IR Magazine's research brand, IR Insight, is established to benchmark IR performance online and develop flagship research reports.
2011
IR Magazine launches the Investor Perception Seminars and both magazines establish formal social media platforms as another way to interact with both the IR and GRC audiences.
2012
Corporate Secretary celebrates its 10th birthday.
2013
IR Magazine celebrates its 25th year and both magazines' websites launch a redesign aimed to provide readers with quicker access to more useable content.
